ついに念願の【食堂おがわ】さんへ。 全部絶品でしたが、特にハモの刺身、あん肝、そして締めの冷や麦ジェノベーゼが特に感動レベル。ハモはふわっととろけるような食感で、鮮度抜群。あん肝は濃厚なのに後味さっぱりで、日本酒が止まらない…。冷麦ジェノベーゼは完全に反則級の美味しさで、最後の一口までずっと余韻が残る感じ。 お酒のラインナップもセンスがよくて、料理とのペアリングもバッチリ。大将は気さくで温かい方で、緊張せずに楽しめる雰囲気を作ってくれます。 おまかせ+お酒も数杯いただいて、1人14,000円でした! 大満足の夜になりました。 予約困難なのも納得。特別な日にまた伺いたいお店です。

We want to go again! A wonderful culinary experience! A 10 out of 10! This was one of the most creative restaurants we experienced in Japan. Every dish was a delightful surprise, without any exceptions. Usually, after going out for dinner we talk about which dish we liked most. However, this time we could not come up with just one, they were all so good. The atmosphere and the service were also wonderful. There are only 13 seats around the bar though, so reserve early
